my apologies Figgy ... you had the answer correct ... I should have just gave you the reference
(newscaster/weatherman .... pretty much the same thing)

Book 1 - Chapter 1 - The boy who lived:

    Yorkshire, and Dundee have been phoning in to tell me that instead of the rain I

    have been celebrating Bonfire Night early     -- it's not until next week, folks! But I
    can promise a wet night tonight."
