In order to get to the hiding place one had to transfigure a mouse into a key, then use the key to unlock a door. Only one accomplished in transfiguration can make a key solid enough to actually work the lock, some have even had a key with feet that skittered away before getting near the lock.

What is the name of the bowtruckle that Newt frequently has riding around in his jacket picket.

The Burrow is located just outside Hogsmead ... the Weasley's are able to walk to school.

Blast-Ended Skrewts are fairly brainless and frequently undulate directly into the path of other moving beings. Since the laws of physics apply in the Wizarding World, no two objects can occupy the same space at the same time. Splinching is the term used in the Magical World for the sound made when any two things attempt to occupy the same space at the same time... especially slimy, squishy, Skrewty things.

Where did Newt get the Thunderbird?

Alohomora. She's gotten them out of binds with it many times.

Who was Hagrid referring to when he said the Weasley Twins could give them a run for their money?
