or alligator/crocodile
cougar isn't too bad
buffalo is ok - but I find it very dry; I like it when it is mixed with beef tho.
not fond of bear or porcupine
deer or elk - I could take it or leave it (prefer to leave it)
got to try lots of foods at a few fish and wildlife dinners :D


but I think I'm getting way off topic :whistle:
