Harry Potter Fans With No Life

On the lighter side of the crappy weather we're getting, this happened this afternoon. I was in my kitchen cooking supper when I finally heard the snowplow coming down the road. Looked out the kitchen window...he was beginning to plow the end of the road. Went about my business, had supper, realized I didn't hear the plow head back up the road. Didn't think much of it at the time.

Went to do the dishes, looked out the kitchen window...the snowplow had backed into a huge snowbank and got the back wheels stuck! Saw the driver putting dirt around all the wheels...didn't help. Still stuck. Backhoe showed up to help...couldn't get the plow out of the snowbank. Backhoe left, plow dumped the dirt it was carrying, backhoe came back...still couldn't get the plow out. The backhoe left and came back 2 more times.

After about 45 minutes...finally got the snowplow out of the snowbank. Five minutes later, finally heard the snowplow head back up the road.

Which, of course, is always a pleasure when it happens to others!
and at least the snow was removed - the only real damage was to an ego

I wonder if he had been drinking? He could have been plowed...

lol you two! Sorry, no pics. Humiliating enough me and a couple of the neighbors were checking to see how long it would take to get the plow out of the snowbank. lol!

btw...the plow did get some kind of damage, not sure what. moo!
