Work didn't get cancelled yesterday tho I didn't make it in. Shoveled about 20" with help of the plow guy (luckily I knew this one). He plowed out the small mountain range at the end of the driveway for me. Then I did the rest. Did take about a couple of hours to get it all done. Sore, sore, sore.

Despite the soreness, which was better this morning, made it to work today (yea!) just to find out we're due to get about another foot of snowball-making snow tomorrow into Saturday instead of just fluff. Great. Peachy. I think my weekend is screwed.

I would be in tears! OMG that is just way too much snow!
if it helps any ... spring is likely right around the corner for you

Found out my sister slipped on the ice during the nasty weather first part of the week.
She hit her head when she fell and sustained a concussion.
She's going back to the doctor today, as she is still having difficulty seeing correctly.

Does she have someone around to help her, Paint? Yikes. That's nothing to mess around with.

She didn't at the time, as she's a rural postal carrier.
Seems they had many falling accidents, because of the ice.
My brother in law isn't much help right know, as he's down with the flu.
When it rains...It freezes.*

Ouch! Ice is so dammed dangerous! Same thing happened to my brother a few months ago.
head injuries are not good.

I hope your sister fully recovers from the fall Paint. Have you sent her a set of those 'spike' attachments for her shoes/boots?

Wow, Paint. Hope she's alright. Just make sure she follows her doctor's orders so she'll feel better. I slipped on a patch of ice last February...was very lucky the only thing I hurt other than a scraped knee was my pride. Comfort moo for all of you.

As for hogging the snow...I keep TRYING to send it your way, Paint, but Mother Nature has decided to PMS all over my neck of the woods. b**ch. lol.

And as for the snowthrower, I can't use it. I've tried but the vibration makes my right shoulder ache big time because of the old rotator cuff injury. Plus the primer button needs to be replaced. So right now, my snow shovel is my friend. tee hee!
