No flooding here but river and streams rose a LOT. Back down a LOT now, thank goodness. After so much crappy weather, cleared out nicely yesterday tho the wind had a bit of a bite to it. Much nicer today...not as windy tho it still had a bit of a bite. Still had the windows open, fresh air good. Supposed to be absolutely wonderful tomorrow and in the 70's Monday and Tuesday! Only bad thing...I have to work. Darn.

I know Moo ... pity we have to work on such beautiful days. Glad to hear there was no flooding!
maybe we should get more "mental health' days off from work ... lol ... I know it would help me!

wind has a bite to it here today too (and suppose to be the same tomorrow); I even put a thin jacket on when I had to go outside today

If I could send you the "bite" in the wind Howler and I are experiencing, I would. For now...loving the nice weather and temps. What a relief!

The sky lit up pretty good last night just to the north of us ... but missed my little town.
I guess lightning season has officially begun

Very dry here...red flag warnings statewide. Not supposed to see any rain until Saturday then we're supposed to be rainy thru next Wednesday. Hopefully it'll be enough. At least it won't be freezing...big plus!

how can it be that dry after all that snow Moo?

our neighboring province got sxxx ... yuck. Temps are cooling off a bit here over the next couple days and it is going to dip below freezing. I sure hope my newly budding flowers survive.
