well - the heavy rains were suppose to hit us over an hour ago. I guess we (again) are in forgotten territory. We got rain, but only a bit (maybe ½"... maybe)

Today might be the hottest day of the year ~ oh the joy....
94F/ 34.4C all afternoon so far...


"The humid thing" got old for me in the 1980s, and is a contributing factor as to why I live where I live.

Projected humidity for Tuesday, 7/28, for Littleton, CO (where I'm house sitting for the rest of the week), is 25%.


My grandparents ran a mountain lodge out here in the early '60s. I spent quite a few summers here, so moving here was coming back home.

Seems the dew point around there now is 39°F. That's mighty low.

Am more than willing to share some (or all) of my humidity.
