Aside:
Last week when it snowed in the Metro area, with the ridiculous winds, there were townies who were gobsmacked at the spontaneous snowballs that showed up, to the point that it made the TV news (nevermind that lots of fluff makes it to the so called news now). How anyone can live in a temperate climate and not know how that happens floors me.

* timing... snow will be heavy tonight... and then decrease early
Tuesday morning.

* Snow accumulations... 10 to 22 inches.

* Wind/visibility... north winds will increase to 10 to 20 mph with
gusts to 35 mph. Visibilities will drop to a quarter mile or
less in heavy snow.

I'll keep you posted. 'Started light steady snow around 2:30 pm, so far just coating most stuff (roads and sidewalks are still warm enough that it melts there).
As Paint says above is the forecast, only ours is saying until later in the morning than that. They have upped the ante out on the flatlands though. Yesterday they were leaving Denver out of the Blizzard Warning area, not now though.

Keep your fingers crossed that you get as much as possible.

Last week there was a knock at my door - a twenty-something was delivering "Court Papers" for him. I was very helpful in showing said Court Rep how to get to @#$%-for-brains' front door. It seemed the neighborly/good-citizen thing to do.
