Fog, fog and more fog most of the day Friday. That was fun...not. Temps way too warm for this time of year...51 Friday, 50 something yesterday, supposed to be slightly cooler today, crappy tomorrow but temps still above freezing. Looks like we're not going to have a white Christmas this year. Crap.

watch for the 90-day rule when it comes to fog Moo.
some say it is a myth, but I have found it is usually accurate.

going to be nice today; just warm enough to turn the sxxw into ice.
Plus, it is currently sxxwing right now (double ugh)

90 days after fog there will be a form of precipitation ... liquid (rain) or solid (sxxw)
... or so the saying goes

We had fog for three days this past week. And its rained most of the day.

Are you saying that it will rain/snow continuously for the next three months? Or are you saying that there will be a drought for three months?
Either way, it sounds... Well, implausible.

lol - neither
what happens within/between those 90 days - who knows
but the 90th day (give or take a day or two) after the fog, it will rain or sxxxw ... or so the legend goes

for example, let's say there was thick fog on Dec 8th.
90 days from Dec 8th would be March 7. Around March 7th, you will likely get rain or sxxw. (again, or so the legend goes)

Haven't heard that one, Howler. But we're supposed to have a mild winter this year...so far, it's looking that way. After 26 years living in the desert, I've had more than enough green Christmases. Just want a white Christmas.

A bunch of records were broken yesterday.

Temps. all too high, and it rained too much.

Winds are coming back, as well.
