We also get thundersnow once in a while. I was hoping for it now.

Do you have to worry about flooding, Figgy?

Good Grief ... that much snow Figgy ... how aweful!
I hope it melts away quickly! Nobody needs that white crap in May.
(and it really does nothing to accent the pretty spring flowers either)

I'd send warmth and sunshine, but we still haven't had a lot of that this way either. Not even warm enough for the crocuses to appear.

It did! Its kept snowing very lightly since then, but is so warm that all but "in shady spots" has melted already.

I'm mostly concerned about it freezing my poppies ("What a world, what a world....), cause it is getting down about 5 degrees below freezing overnight.

I'm up on a hill, Paint, so if there is flooding I can watch it flow past below. The TV news is fairly concerned about out in the Flatlands where it flooded so severely last October, though.

Heard about the snow landing in Figgy's and Loony's back yard. Ew. My best friend lives in Beaver, Utah (just north of Cedar City in the southern part of the state)...they also got snow on Mother's Day plus lost power! Damn.

Was beautiful here...actually got to open the windows during the day this past weekend! Little rain today, maybe rain tomorrow, rain Friday and thru the weekend. That's okay. Lawn needs it. And as long as I don't have to turn the heat back on...again...

Rain here again tomorrow. Had some flash flooding the other day, but it went as soon as it came.
No big deal.

That's a pretty part of Utah, Moo. If you ever get the chance to visit you can go there right after you stay at my house for a day or two.

Have had intermittent rains for the last five of seven days.

Love snow, but hate getting rained on.
