Weather is crazy. Here we had yesterday and today a bit of cold, after temperatures almost in 100 F. Crazy!

a low pressure system moving through the northern prairies is
bringing with it a mild Pacific airmass today. With this mild air,
strong winds will occur, primarily this afternoon. Strong winds have
been reported to the west, including a gust to 119 km/h at fort St.
John, BC, and numerous gusts over 100 km/h in Alberta. This same
area of winds will move southeastward to sit over southern
Saskatchewan this afternoon. Winds will generally be in the 50 to
60 km/h range, but will at times gust to 100 km/h or perhaps
stronger. The winds should abate to below warning levels this
evening.

Please refer to the latest public forecasts for further details.

End

life just wouldn't be the same if one could not witness a semi-truck being blown across an ice-glazed highway.

The last cold spell we had, the weather guy (not me)
