Watch The Magical New Trailer For ‘Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them’
Get excited, Muggles!

It’s been five years since enchanted Muggles watched the eighth and final installment of the “Harry Potter” films on the big screen. And for many fans, it’s been five years too long.

Thankfully, the magic of J.K. Rowling’s world of witchcraft and wizardry will soon be gracing cinema screens again — in the form of the highly anticipated “Harry Potter” spinoff, “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.”

The film (promised to be part of a trilogy) is due to hit theaters in November; but in the meantime, there’s a magical new trailer out to keep fans excited.

The two-minute teaser was revealed at the 2016 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night by Oscar-winning actor Eddie Redmayne, who plays Newt Scamander in the movie.

In the clip, we see Scamander arriving in 1920s New York City, a long-clawed creature tucked in his briefcase. Viewers are told that Scamander had been expelled from Hogwarts for “endangering human life;” even though (fan favorite) Albus Dumbledore, then a professor at the school, had been a vocal ally of his.

The video also features a glimpse of Percival Graves (Colin Farrell), an Auror tasked with tracking down Scamander, and Tina Goldstein (Katherine Waterston), a plucky young witch, among other characters.

Watch the new trailer in the video above.

Interesting. Looks like they're at least attempting not to be so pathetic.
Thanks, Figgy.
