Thanks to Harry Potter Theory on You Tube.

He titled this:
Why Couldn't Voldemort KILL Dumbledore in the Ministry Atrium (Book VS Film) Harry Potter Explained

But its really a good general comparison of the things they altered for the movie vs what was written in the book. He's right that the Book scenes are better and more understandable.

Interesting watch - thanks Figgy
if the movie was looking for dramatization, why would they leave out the "statues coming alive" scene. We all know that animation is not that difficult for movies any more. Odd.

the killing curse is supposed to be unblockable ... ??? ... since when? Did I miss that somewhere in the books?

Zactly.

And it took him forever to get around to talking about the Elder Wand, which is what I'd always chalked it up to.
