I just don't know where the video creator is getting the Boggart info. I just went to the Lexicon and the only list of boggarts I found were the ones we all know from canon - though there were two listed separately (as JKR) that Voldie's would be his own dead body, and Dumbledore's would be Arianna's also dead body. I think Mdm Pomfrey's would be not being able to help her charges... possibly with magic missing/not working, or being contained somehow so she couldn't heal anyone and had to just watch them suffer/die. I also don't think Dumbledore would be afraid of Arianna's corpse. He decidedly feels guilty and regretful, but I think he wouldn't even HAVE one. He faced having to un-love the love of his life, and various other major traumas, so I don't see her dead body as having that sort of hold over him. He seems past something affecting him to the point of stopping him in his tracks or even disrupting his focus at the time. . |
