There are many, many positive and wonderful things we could message to her.

However, since I am still feeling the sting of what she did with Pottermore, my very first reaction was to send a message saying "Thank you so much for not giving anyone enough notice to print their certificate from the SECOND HP site (aka Pottermore); and thank you for no longer using the very first site - we didn't want to go behind the secret door and write more wombat tests anyways!"

I know, I know ... petty and childish.
But hey, I can no longer go back and toss garden gnomes or watch the ferret bounce or put the pixies back in the cage ... those were so much fun!
