:greetings-clappingyellow: I have been working very hard over the last year (ish) towards getting myself back to the way I was physically about 20 years ago - had a couple upsets but have managed to work around them and I am now, only 15lbs shy of my goal. YAY! I've let my hair grow to my shoulders, and discovered that I have naturally wavy hair (some call it curly, but I really don't think it is). Once I reach my goal, I may even post a pic - because I am almost looking fabulous.

Yesterday, Hubby gave me exactly what I asked for for my birthday ... a bacon & tomato sandwich. Both bacon and cheesecake have been forbidden from my diet and it was such a treat to not care about the calories. And since recent blood tests have shown that my cholesterol, hdl, ldl etc are terrific, I am not going to worry about any cheat foods from this day forward. And if the 15 lbs take me another 6 months, so be it - I am not in any rush. I already fit into most of the clothes I wore when I was 30 or 40.
