I'm not familiar with any such spell. Are you sure you aren't just making this up?




Are there any all Wizarding villages in Britain? If so, how do they keep the Muggles from discovering it?

There are no All-Wizard villages or towns in Britain. The MOM has rules against such things. In order they don't get found out, the law states that no more than 1 magical family per 1000 muggles.
