Ditto Howler...poor puppy! That happens to Jo's pooch Milo (he's a little pug) in the winter - jumps into a snow bank that looks solid and sinks. It doesn't traumatize him tho. He get's himself out, goes sniffing for a spot and does his business. BUT boy, is he ready to go back inside when he's done!

Howler winds have arrived. Supposed to be with us the next few days, without letting up. Oh Joy.

[I needed a dog who was so mild she wouldn't ever hurt grandkids no matter what. Side effect is that she's a total creampuff and minor things cause a frantic "rub and hide" response.]

sounds like a sweetheart of a dog Figgy!

glad the howler winds have left here (for the time being) ... they were bound to head your way Paint.
And that cool weather is just fine by me. It is still April .. don't want it too hot yet.
The greening has begun ... yay.

Well we sure have your winds! They don't show any signs of letting up, either...

I normally wouldn't mind but since the lid on my truck broke, it's only held down by duct tape*.

* Howler's brother (Red Green) would be proud.

Winds to continue today, with below normal temps.

The tape is red & black to match the color scheme of the vehicle.

Did the duct tape come that color, or did you have to paint over it with a felt marker?

it is suppose to be a perfect day today ... I wish I could play hooky!
