The temps. jumped up to day about thirty degrees above a couple of days ago.

The DOT's were experimenting with a spray of beet juice a few years ago for the winter roads.
Must not have been a good idea, as they don't seem to be using it.

wow - yesterday was interesting.
we had sxxw, heavy fog, drizzling rain, then more light sxxw.
and then the temps plummeted
sure hope the highways are sanded this morning ... going to be an interesting trip to work.

Today started out sunny and warm. In only a couple of hours, it was completely overcast with fog.
Temps. then started to drop.

our hwys were good yesterdat (yay)
we even got a bit of what I call "Christmas sxxw" ... very large, very dry, very glittery/sparkly, very powdery flakes.

today ... very cold!

The weather guys didn't miss this time. They said 3 to 6 inches...got another 5 - and my driveway just got plowed! Loving it!

it is -30C this morning ... I have no intentions of going anywhere today.
do laundry, maybe watch a couple movies ... sounds good to me

Cold but skies are blue and sun is out then a little more snow tomorrow, only 1 - 3 inches. That's considered a dusting here. lol. Supposed to have a nor'easter next weekend. Weather guys here are pretty confident on this one. All the weather models are agreeing this time..uh oh...
