Looks like Swift Current caught the southern tip of the cell, as it passed.
BTW, we don't usually classify cells by color. :teasing-neener:

And YES! I am saying that I don't chase storms.

of course we do ... the more purple it is, the more severe the storm (beyond danger); red is a bit less severe (danger); yellow is caution; and green is just rain.

We just call them by the colour that precipitates out of the clouds. * snorf *

It must be summer ~ Tomorrow the last ski slope closes.

So I'm guessing that you just use 'white' the other ten month out of the year? :laughing-rolling: :occasion-snowman:

lol. I usually do the same thing Howler does...green, red, yellow, etc...because that's the only thing the radar shows. lol. You get used to it. But we do have to watch the color of the clouds. We have been known to get an EF0 or and EF1 tornado from time to time. Wind shear is the biggie up here this time of year. A few days ago, winds were so fierce, a few towns had power lines and trees down. Don't think there was property damage, at least I didn't hear about any.

Been watching the temps in y'alls neck of the woods. Anyone try the frying an egg on the sidewalk trick yet? Weather here is just the opposite. The lows from Canada have kept temps cool here but the weather crappy. Lucky to hit upper 60s, a couple of nights we were in the 40s. Crappy and dreary today, supposed to clear out and warm up by the end of the week. May be summer on the calendar but it sure hasn't felt like it lately.
