Mimbulus Mimbletonia is one of Florean Fortescue's most amazing sundaes. Neville loves Butterscotch ice cream and that is its primary flavour (not counting the jalapeno and bacon sauces).

Darn! I was too slow... I was going to answer : Muggles almost never get near the Hogwarts grounds since Hogwarts is located at the bottom of the Lake. In the only recorded incident, the Muggle was SCUBA diving and anyone he told said he was suffering from hypothermia, so they didn't believe his wild tale of a castle in the Lake.


The Express leaves from Grand Central Station.
