It doesn't does it. I think they used some kind of synthesizer. (but what do I know)
I checked out the singing credits on the movie and it lists Rupert.
I'd like to hear him sing a different song.

It is him. He says that they tweaked it. But at times you can hear its him.
He also says making an album is too much hard work lol
