Still cool. Rain has begun, and is forecast to continue all weekend.

with all that moisture and heat, your trees must be in full leaf by now Paint.
I don't think the ones in my yard have even started budded out yet.

We probably got nine inches of snow overnight, but the ground and such is so warm that it sort of half-melted and compacted down. Its heavy and wet. Anyhow, it is now almost six pm and all the sidewalk/street/walkways are clear from it melting off. It only got a couple degrees above freezing all day though.

Have I mentioned that I like warmer weather?

Everything has sprouted. The grass has been green for some time now. The tree leaves aren't full size yet.

there is snow to our west... But there is none in my forecast.

Yuck Figgy! Spring cannot proceed if winter won't loosen it's grip!

We got a fair bit of rain yesterday evening (yay), so I am hoping that with the warmer temps predicted for this week, we will start seeing some "greenery"

Poured like crazy last night.

Had rain most of the week, no white stuff or ice or sleet...works for me. Figgy, Howler - hoping it warms up for you both. Been a yoyo here. Warm one day, cool the next, nice then wet. It was 77 yesterday, 55 today, in the 30s at night. Go figure. No leaves on the trees but there are buds and my lawn will need to be mowed soon at this rate. I think it's springtime here. Finally.
