It was Dumbledore's favourite subject when he was in school and was projecting onto Harry that it would also be Harry's.

He was an unmitigated social climber who married her because she was a pure blood.

The Weasley's are a distinguished historical family ... there were going to be questions about them in the "History of Magic" exam.

What one word did the corrupt ministry put a trace on so they could catch blood traitors and undesirables?

Old Sluggie is a total fan-gurl when it comes to Harry. All Harry had to do was ask him.

Aberforth is a hair stylist. In fact, he does hair for a lot of muggle movie stars.

How was it that Dumbledore knew that the cat on the wall was Prof McGonagall?

Well, firstly, Hogwarts is 50 ft above the land shrouded by thick clouds. Secondly, muggles are so busy looking down, they neglect to see what is above them. Thirdly, Hogwarts is magically shrunken to fit into a 8" bubble ... muggles never see (or look) at what is inside a bubble floating in the sky.

Trelawny gave a prediction/prophecy before she became a professor at Hogwarts ... what was that prophecy?
