hahah ... love the 'handless glove' portkey!
those blue-eyed cats/pumas were amazing looking ... wow!
those thestrals pulling the carriage almost looks like the scene Johnny did from the Headless Horseman ... kind of :-)
hahaha "you don't look a day over 375" ... too funny!!

only 111 days ... not long at all really! Excited!

I just found a fan video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TCPMGEY85rw ) that talks a lot about Alchemy, and theories (like we used to do about upcoming HP books and movies), but also calls the blue-eyed cats "Matagot Cats:.

looks interesting, but I will have to watch this at a later date ... it is over 17 minutes long.

that was an interesting video ... long, but interesting
I am not an alchemist, so have no idea what she is even referring to but the theories were interesting enough.
Why is the Lestrange vault always so formidable? so relevant to the HP and FB series?

My theory on one thing: I think that sending Jacob Kowalski to visit with Nicolas Flamel is to ensure that the Ministry does not get wind of anyone magical visiting him. There may be 'tracers' within/around Flamel's property that would inform the MOM of any magical visitors - or just several specific visitors (Newt & friends). Similar (kind of) as to all the magical people within the area of the Dursley's. Dumbledore never had to register Mrs Figg, because she was a squib, yet he assigned her to watch Harry. I don't think he is an alchemist in training (unless that is his 'secret cover' for Newt so that he can obtain information). Just my thoughts.

I think she's over-thought the whole alchemical thing... A circle with a dot at the center is the Sun, and a plus-sign is Earth, so joined they are a life creation. Her idea of Credence (male/Sun) and Leta (female/Earth) combining to make some thing more powerful is possible... and a lot less complicated.

I like your idea about Jacob not being traceable, so a perfect agent. * wanders off contemplating possibilities *

Thanks for simplifying her explanation Figgy ... my eyes and brain went a little fuzzy within the first few minutes and I really didn't totally grasp what she was trying to explain.

hahah ... I could picture Newt, Tina and Queenie together, trying to figure out how they would contact Flamel (for whatever errand they were on); them discussing the how and who ... and one of them (Queenie perhaps) suggesting Jacob being the perfect person because he would be unnoticable / untraceable / undetectable ... the perfect muggle person.

As for the underground scene, maybe they needed Jacob to get back some of the eggs he put in the bank vault ... just speculating.

That is a really nice article. I'm getting more and more impatient for it to be released.

Frame #5 ~
I think I have a problem with Theseus' wand being made of marble. Its important to stick with canon and canon has wands being organic not stone... Historically, even outside Potterdom, wands are wood, maybe bone, but always material that was grown and has living/life energy.. They might have a power stone embedded, or precious metal, but the wand itself isn't stone, crystal, metal, or other inorganics.
