Because Goblin Magic is different than human magic, a Goblin-made item can return to its place of origin/manufacture and the craftsgoblin who created it, who then must decide if it is abandoned, lost, or neglected. It is then up to the Goblins to further decide if the item should be sent back or sent on to retirement.
