No. The castle is completely vacated and fumigated, so no one is allowed to be there, including Hagrid (though he camps in the forest closeby as he's caring for the various critters that have also had to vacate the Castle and are being temporarily kept in the cabins in the forest).

Lit? It's a goblet. Sure you can place it on a stove, but it's so much easier to to just pour in the liquid of choice already hot.
