As far as I know, nothing was spilled, and nobody was hurt. I am of the understanding that most of the cars were empty. Over 30 cars were tipped due to a plow wind that went through. Apparently, Environment Canada said gusts as strong as 120 km/h had been recorded within the area.

Great! Now I can't get the song, Tumbling Tumbleweeds by Sons of the Pioneers, out of my head... :angry-banghead:

lol. You didn't mention if you had that image stuck in your head along with the song. That's when you really bang your head against that brick wall.

No storms, just rain. Now the sun is out, probably long enough to bake everything, cause cloud build-up, then more rain. Maybe we'll get those thunderstorms then. For now...muggies, muggies, muggies, dew points just under 70...yuck!

LOL - I wasn't aware that anyone here even knew that song 'cept me.
We've been getting rain showers nearly daily ... short and sweet some of them (except the one last Thurs), but daily none the less. Farmers aren't too happy.

Temps have been more than moderate, though the dew pts. have finally lowered.
The dryer air is truly a Godsend.

I'm critter/house sitting for a couple days in one of the western 'burbs of Denver... It is a full 15 degrees hotter here than at my house (which is 35 miles away, though up in altitude a couple thousand feet).

And their dog is hiding... I've seen her once in four hours.
