Your bloodline definitions are correct for Great Britain.
However, in America the definition is different. A pureblood is any child of two magical parents. According to MACUSA law a Muggle-born is a child of two Muggles. There were no Half-bloods because magicals were not allowed to marry non-magicals. A half blood from abroad would be classed as a pure blood in America unless one parent is a Muggle and then probably as a Muggle-born. After the repeal of Rappaport's law in 1965 a marriage of a Maj with a No-maj would produce a Half-blood. The biggest difference though is that under MACUSA law blood status means very little. It is extremely probable that various countries have different laws defining blood status. There is no international law that defines blood status. We may see that France and Germany have their own definitions. Statuses might include whether you are a veela or part veela.
