It's meant to advertise the opening this Tuesday.
I don't understand why only you are not permitted to see it.

they advertise so that Americans will travel there during the summer; they will likely advertise later this year to try and convince Canadians that it would be a great winter getaway with the family.

that's my best guess, but I don't intend to even begin to know how their marketing campaign works.

Does this mean you are only available to go during winter?

I think it would be interesting enough to visit at least once.

Do they have a Hogwarts train????

Funny you should ask.
You take the Hogwarts Express to get from Diagon Alley to the rest of the HP portion of the park.

By the time I get there, I'll be needing to know if it's wheelchair accessible.

Well, at least you would get there. And really, if you think about it, it would make it easier for you to carry your blended food. So much more convenient than having to look for a hotdog stand.

I will have to google it one day when I have a bit more time. I can't imagine the train looking as authentic as the movie original, but who knows ... maybe it is.

Yup, it is. Saw it on SyFy. Wanna go. There's a ride at Gringott's (which has a blind, firebreathing dragon perched on top of the building) that takes you below where the vaults are. And butterbeer ice cream! Wanna try some! Okay...think I know where I want to go for vacation next year...
