we are once again heading into a Major DEEP FREEZE
it is suppose to last about 4 days and we are expected to equal or break the -54°C we had in December. :angry-tappingfoot:

I see next year I will have to schedule my vacation so I can visit you and Sixx, during the cooler weather... :P

it's not so much the cold as it is the snow ... hate snow
I'd like it better if I didn't have to drive on snowy or icy roads.
other than that, winter is good. :D

:eusa-think: :confusion-scratchheadyellow:

Is it snowing as well?

Hope you keep the Howlermobile plugged in.

Howlermobile is sucking the electricity as we speak - and will continue to do so for a few more days!

Nope - small blessings; no snow today
it generally happens when it starts to warm up a bit ... which makes driving so much fun.

I'm sure a few of us here know all about those driving conditions. fun fun fun ... (not)

When I ordered my truck, a block heater ($25. at the time) was one of the options I didn't hesitate to put on the list. :P :P :P

Speaking of driving... It's snowing here now, and I really need new tires.

block heaters are pretty much standard equipment in Canada (although I don't think mandatory); we still have to watch though, some imports come without them -- always have to be watchful when purchasing a vehicle here.

good luck with all that skidding around.

I know everyone is used to hearing me say this, but

I AM SICK, SICK, SICK AND TIRED, TIRED, TIRED OF SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every bloody day this week I have had to shovel out the car ... GRRRRRRR
the weather people say that spring is around the corner ... they had better be right, or I may have to give them a little visit

(and yes, still very emotionally scared from last winter - does it show)

Why yes it does, thank you. :P

Seems like we too are getting snow every few days.
Nothing huge, just a couple or four inches.
Plus, the older snow never really seems to be able to melt.

Well here in northern North Carolina, we are currently getting ice falling out of the sky. It is supposed to do the same thing most of the day tomorrow. Meanwhile, the daffodils, hyacinths have sprouted and the trees are fuzzy.
