Gargoyles whose eyes follow you as you walk up to the door.

I am not sure how we could get the portrait's to move about.

I know that there is stuff like business cards that when you bend it different ways, you will get different pictures - possibly a nylon coating of some kind. There are also those photos that you have to look at forever to see the picture within that were popular in the 80's (really not fond of them tho). Or there are those 'where's Waldo' type pictures where so much can be camouflaged. Or, like the floors at the Olympic stadiums where different designs are constantly being projected.

Okay.

Miniatures inside, and full sized on the outside. :teasing-neener:

I also want a Wizarding Wireless transmitter.

the house would look perfectly normal inside and out.
only the curious or the brave or the very young at heart would be able to find the hidden little secrets that lurk in every corner, in every room, and in all the nooks and crannies.

just like Figgy said ... a bookcase that is really a door. Things like the arm of a trophy, when pushed up or down would cause the curtains to close (or something to happen).

Magic, I believe, can be hidden in all types of ordinary objects, just waiting to be discovered. That is how I would want the HP home to be like.
