He, like all students getting off the train, needed to pass the dragon to get to Hogwarts school; everyone just walks by. The dragon only senses banned items ... students are sure not to bring any.





Is leprechaun gold and gringott's gold the same?

Both are gold, but the leprechauns are the bankers in Ireland, so their gold has a signature green tinge to it that can't be counterfeited.
