I think there was only one picture of me taken. It was with a group that consisted of those that attended NIU.



The weather began to clear around noon. The day was perfect for a wedding!
A good time was had by all.

So glad the weather held up & that the wedding was joyous!
(but it is rather sad that you didn't get the opportunity to share all your flashlights)

I ALWAYS have a few flashlights in my pockets.

Plus, for some reason women wear shoes they need to shed before dancing.
People were tripping over them all over the place. You'd think they would have the sense to leave them out of the walkways.

Ok ... in a woman's defence, sometimes the shoes get there because of other people (those beside the person who took their shoes off swivel around and bump the shoes - children grabbing them and testing them out) and don't forget that chairs also aid in moving them around.

And of course they have to be taken off ... they are bought to match the outfits and to look pretty ... which seldom goes hand in hand with comfort. And lets not forget the shoes that just don't work well on dance floors.
