10% chance of precipitation this morning.
By 06:15 it was white-out conditions. Snowed for three hours!
I was in heaven, considering it's the first day of Spring.

Then in late morning, the sun came out and melted all my beautiful snow!

I can't prove it.... But I'd put money on the likelihood that Howler sent a curse to melt the snow.

LOL - why would I send the curse if I needed it so much here?
it snowed most of the day here ... yuk. thank goodness it kept melting as it fell.
However, our temps are suppose to plummet (huge amounts) by tomorrow and continue the deep freeze for about a week.
the roads aught to be grand tomorrow ... ugh

I was so hoping that today was (not so much spring) but the last day of winter ... *sigh*

Well, possible nor'easter may be coming my way Tuesday night into Wednesday...potential for plowable snow. Damn.

We have temps. in the teens, and snow the next day or so.
Will have to wait and see what happens.

Good luck, Moo. I hope they have the plow fixed.

I have a favorite poem which (I believe) describes March to a tee.

March is a tomboy with tousled hair, a mischievous smile, mud on her shoes and a laugh in her voice.
She's exasperating, lovable, a terror on wheels; too young to be reasoned with and too old to be spanked
    ~Hal Borland

we are still in the sub zero temps, but I don't think there is a prediction of snow for us until Wednesday or Saturday. I won't hold my breath though; it could snow at any time.

I hope you do not get the predicted nor'easter Moo

I think we are only supposed to be about an inch tonight. So nice a drive, now that I'm working third shift...

Still not sure but looks like 5 - 7 inches with a hell of a lot of wind to go with it, now starting sometime Wednesday morning. No watch or warning. Yet.

I've noticed in the last couple of years, that my night vision has deteriorated quite substantially. Not a lot of fun.
This whole getting old garbage, isn't all it's cracked up to be. :shifty:

Keep us updated, Moo.
