Funny that you would mention that.
I happened to see a fellow shoveling water out of a hole yesterday morning. :teasing-neener:

forecast was for three days of rain.
For some reason the clouds have skirted around us for most of the weekend (where only a few miles away have experienced downpours), but today finally, some welcomed rain.

I got company yesterday morning but was able to catch the Sr Pole bending event which is the last of the day. It rained this morning a bit but stopped. Was good for the high school kids though. Did not attend today - too much other stuff needed to be done.

got a sprinkle this evening, but nothing that actually made the ground wet. Oh well, the rains will come in June I guess. They usually do. Then I'll be complaining for it to stop. :teasing-neener:

A line of heavy thunderstorms passed through the area last evening.
The most severe went a few miles south of me.
Hot & humid again today, but are forecast to get a break for Thursday.

Just rain here and there the past few days and the next couple of days. At least haven't needed to turn the heat on. On the bright side...Memorial Day we're supposed to be in the low 70's!! Can't wait to open the windows and let the fresh air in!
