Episky. But if used with the swirl wrist movement, instead of the swish, it makes the caster go away involuntarily, like PH.

Norbert is slang the students use when one of them is just too geeky or enthused in their answer about a Spell or Potion, or Magical Theory. (Somewhat akin to a Muggle "nerd".)
