Well, trying to make up for it by inviting you over, seeing as any spell I try won't get this mess to go your direction.

Very popular New England dish for supper tonight...American Chop Suey - a good, hearty winter supper.

American Chop Suey !?! :o WHAT IS THIS MADNESS, OF WHICH YOU SPEAK? :scared-eek:

Sounds like something that falls into the category of, Be afraid. Be very afraid.

On a lighter note...
Way too warm here today, with very strong winds*.

*Please note; I want cold and snow, Not strong winds.

lol Paint! One thing to tell you about American chop suey....google, baby, google! lol!

Snow, snow, and more snow at the moment. Started around 5:45. Winds aren't bad yet; supposed to get that by tomorrow morning. Nice coating of snow on my car. Should be nicely buried in the morning. Thankfully, tomorrow is a normal day off for me and I'm pretty sure no work for my fellow employees.

We had the wind you've now got a couple days ago. It knocked out the repeater tower so not only did that mess up our radio station, the cops and fire department can't communicate (like would be really nice if there was a problem).

The winds have been evil - last year and this year too

Hopefully they didn't have too many problems to deal with, Figgy. And hope it doesn't take long to get the tower repaired.

Made it through the blizzard. Not sure how much snow we got but it looks like at least 26 inches. Hard to tell with all the blowing and drifting. Had to dig out the passenger side of my car. It was totally buried. Driver's side was okay. Poor plow guys had to stop plowing due to wicked white-out conditions. Tomorrow is another day. Then another 6+ inches expected Wednesday afternoon to sometime Thursday morning. ugh!!!!!!!!
