:laughing-rolling: Other than I did not get stuck, I did the same thing.
LOL - I was on a photo taking mission and just ignored all the signs - I even wore one of those big floppy hats to make myself look more touristy. :happy-smileygiantred: A kind gentleman eventually drove down to where I was (still taking pictures) and politely informed me that I was on private property and that I should leave. :auto-driving:

Having the cameras probably made him think you were just a foamer.

Crappy all week. Was supposed to be in the 40s...but there was wind to contend with. Felt like it was in the 20s. Didn't get any snow during the day yesterday in my neck of the woods but had a smidge during the night. Not much, barely a trace on my car windows. Snow Tuesday or Wednesday; have seen everything from 4" up to 8. Spring MIGHT show up the first part of June...hopefully...

Another three inches of rain expected this coming week. Not good considering the ground is already saturated.

I'm thinking the farmers aren't all that enthused either.

All day Wednesday and Thursday the TV weather guys were saying "doom and gloom", that we'd get 8"-12" heavy wet "Back East" s*** and how funky travel would be for Friday and Saturday.

So Friday afternoon I dashed home without stopping at grocery stores or anywhere in an attempt to dodge the worst of it.

We got maybe three-quarters of an inch Friday evening/night, then had "shirt-sleeve weather" for Saturday.... So here I sit, out of lettuce and tomatoes, fresh fruit, ice cream, will need to make a special trip to the store to get such, but I beat the big storm home all safe and sound. :angry-tappingfoot:

I've pretty much decided it was an elaborate April Fool's trick by the weather guys.

Does this mean I won't be getting all the rain?
