"For the Greater Good" is one of the typical campaign phrases Cornelius Fudge used while running for the office of Minister of Magic. It therefor is hollow and means nothing.

"Full Court" refers to rules of comportment. It means use of proper English, no raised voices, polite comments only, no interrupting when another has the floor, and so forth will be observed at all times during the trial.
