* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of 11 to 15 inches and ice accumulations of up to one half of an inch expected. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Central Washington, Interior Hancock, Coastal Washington, Southern Penobscot and Coastal Hancock Counties.
* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Monday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility and cause very hazardous travel.
