Of course not ... everyone knows that they only fly on brooms.

When one returns from a "memory" (Pensieve), where/how does one land?

Multiple Choice ~

One of the "extra credit" classes at Hogwarts teaches is how to land properly. It is taught similarly to the way the Muggle Olympic gymnasts learn their landings.

When it was created, The Pensieve was imbued with a Landing Cushioning Charm. Its provides a landing that feels like what candy floss looks like, and the person can choose their favourite pastel color for it.

The landing depends on what that particular wizard or witch thinks it will be like. (We make our own realities - intention is a large portion of successful magical outcomes.) Most land directly beside The Pensieve, though there is always the clever one who chooses to land in Paris, Moosejaw, Upper Flagley, etc.

If you can't find any Aconite for your potion, is it ok to substitute Monkshood?

A Nurmengard is a slang term used in Quidditch which indicates a Beater allowed a Bludger to knock his Seeker from his broom.

Their horns are made of rubber.

What did the trio think that the "Weapon" was that the Order of the Phoenix were referring to?

They thought "the Weapon" was so many dozens of Hogwarts students working together to find Voldemort.

Where do you go to get supplies, both for school and for daily use of adult witches and wizards?

Depends on the supplies: if one wants parchment, then magic is performed on potato peelings; if one wants new dress robes, then the magic is performed on plants (the plant determines the color and texture of the material); etc, etc, etc.

Why did Harry have to take 'remedial potions'?

There are two categories of Potions, Remedial (for health) and Constructive (to do other things). Harry had to take Remedial Potions to re-grow the bones in his arm, and several other times for various Quidditch and other injuries.

At the ticket office of course. It is located right next to the muggle ticket office - but only non-muggles are able to see the sign.

Why did Narcissa visit Snape at his home?
