Lots of icy roads, and tons of accidents.

More snow would be nice.

Stores sell out of those so fast. There are ones with spikes and the other is some kind of coil, which I'm told work a lot better than spikes. Some day I'll hit the stores at the right time and they're in stock. Got more snow yesterday, about 5 inches. At least the plow guy was able to move the ice at the end of the driveway; any melting will have some place to go instead of pooling at the end of my driveway. Might be getting more snow this weekend, around 6 inches if nothing changes. Waiting to see what happens.

The company issues us the spikes at work. They aren't too great on smooth surfaces. Plus they are hell on floors.

Sunny and up to 47°F (8.3°C) today.

yup - those spikes do not typically work indoors. Bit of a pain if you are busy going in and out.

We were in a Snow Squall warning earlier. Oh joy!
I got ahead of the squall when traveling home; a coworker wasn't as lucky. Near zero visibility and crappy roads. Hopefully roads are cleared during the night and good for travel in the morning

apparently it did not hit my town; but it hit the city I work in, so fingers crossed the roads are cleared this morning!
yay - I didn't need to shovel yesterday or today!!!
