Too cloudy to see anything from here. Would have been nice to see the auroa dancing. Ah well, another time.

Apparantly we should be able to see it here tonight .. let's hope there are no clouds ......

Speaking of clouds ... we had a break in the clouds this afternoon and we had this strange glowing yellow thing that was blinding everyone .. has anyone heard of this strange phenomenon??

It's been making an appearance here for the past few days...no one seems to know quite what it is! But the wind chills the past few days... :handgestures-thumbdown:

I know Aunty ... every once in a while we get that too - weird isn't it. I haven't seen it for some time though. It appears to have some sort of filter over it.

six days ago we had -50°C with wind chill ... today they are predicting some rain. since it is only 0°c, that most likely means "ICE". Oh, goodie (yes, sarcasm intended)

Good grief ... it is raining here - not just sprinkles, but rain, and lots of it.
we'll be just as glazed as you Paint.
(oh how I wish there was only a tiny bit of snow here and the rain would wash it away - but not the case)

Freezing rain this morning - caused I-95 to become a skating rink which then caused four 18 wheelers and a car to wreck this morning near Falmouth (mile marker 55). Rain all afternoon, wind tonight - nice flood watch and high wind warnings. Only good thing...temps in the 40's. Supposed to see that yellow UFO sometime tomorrow hopefully.

Its seriously windy here. Yesterday it was doing what they call a "flash freeze" where suddenly roads would turn into a sheet of ice, blowing cars off and into the other direction. They had to shut down parts of I-70 a couple time during the day. I figure if I stand in the right spot I'll get blown over to where Moo lives and we can sit and have tea.
