We were told that their crummy plans fail because we don't work hard enough. (Our new Super has almost seven years of RR experience. All of which in management.)
You know... They lay-off half the employees, cut sixty per cent of the jobs... Stop maintaining the older locomotives, and lease out the newer ones to other RR's.
And SURPRISE, not as much freight gets moved. But the stock price keeps going up!

You can plainly see! It's all our fault.
That's why they keep firing people left & right, and threatening us with closure of the terminal.

If Hours of Service laws weren't in place, we'd be working 16 Hr. days.
