A couple of Thunder-Boomers roamed through last evening, but was no big deal.

Well, made it through the April 2020 Nor'easter. Don't know how much wet, heavy snow we got but sure seemed like I pushed at least 5 or 6 inches off the top of my car. Lost power Thursday night at 8:53 (was looking at my coffee maker at the time). Had just heated up a cup of coffee, something said look out the kitchen window, saw a huge blue flash and wham! Power goes out. Rumor was someone's car slid and hit a pole in my neck of the woods. Roads were a nightmare according to Muggle Son, as he had to work and had a heck of a time getting home. He made it home safe, thank God.

Finally got power back this afternoon a little after 4 pm. Damned storm knocked down trees everywhere and, of course, made them land on power lines. My house was down to 67 degrees yesterday, 62 this morning. It's nice having heat again and yes, the first thing I did (after making sure everything was running) was make a pot of coffee. lol!

More wind the next few days, rain on Monday. Just want my power to stay on this time.

We've had really nice weather for several days. 68F/20C-ish and sunny.

But, over the next forty or so hours we are supposed to get 8"-12" snow, and not be hardly above freezing, with more snow, for a week or so, starting at midnight.

yay...

Agree with Howler, Figgy. Stay safe.

We're supposed to have winds either side of 50 mph tomorrow afternoon which means strong possibility or more power outages. Oh joy.

They have lessened some. But we have returned to more seasonably cooler temps.

With the exception of a few snow showers over the next couple of days. :P :P
