We had a couple tornados in our province yesterday - none too close to my place though (about 200km north) and from what I've heard so far is that there was only tree damage, but it did hit one farm in the area. The father and son made it through alive.

Last week we had a couple of wind events here.
The numerous tornadoes stayed about thirty miles away.

Sorry about worrying you folks. Arthur was pretty much a tropical depression by the time it got to my neck of New England. Out to sea enough so all we got was the rain, rain, rain, wind, wind, wind. Got lucky...didn't lose power and just the usual debris tho not as much as I thought there would be. A few counties did take a beating, mainly Downeast Maine. Some places still don't have power, some won't until Tuesday. Came thru okay. Maine is till here!

yes - they were far enough away; not close like the ones I could watch zip by when I was in Indiana
