Thanks guys. And PH...yup...had it ready just in case. Luckily didn't need it. We get microbursts here from time to time. Quite an annoyance...always seem to pop up while on the way home. We also get water spouts once in a while. Nothing like a little horizontal rain. Lovely muggies making their way in the next few days. Back to the 80's with dew points in the 60's. Blah!

Hot & muggy today, though tomorrow is forecast to be nicer. Let's see.

Ummmm.... smoke generally needs fire ... Why do you have smoke where you are?

I can't see any active fires in my province on the map. I think maybe it is coming from the Dakota's... but not sure. I would have to check the Gov't site (last resort)

I'd heard there were fires in northern Alberta, but for the smoke to be to you is scary.

I believe it may be coming from the North West Territories. Wow - those must be some fires!
I think there may be an active fire in northern Sask also.
