I don't htink its ever said in the books. She's younger than Harry and a Ravenclaw, so wasn't in the classes with Lupin as Prof. I don't remember ever hearing what it was... She seems to be fairly well centered, though, so I doubt its anything mundane like a spider or vampire. What would Luna fear and feel was more powerful than she...? I bet it would have to be seeing her friends or dad dead - though during the battle she was seeing people and things she cared about killed and destroyed, so maybe not that. ... I bet, like with Newt, it would be being tied to a desk (or anything soul-killing - like being a washerwoman or having to do do bookkeeping all day every day) - having to work in a menial job at the MoM! Her bogart would be working at the Ministry in a boring job for sure!
