Happy Autumn! I'm hoping the season actually lasts until the end of December

now, if only the temps weren't in the 80's

I have begun to see twinges of color in a few trees.

really ... about 3/4 of the trees have changed here. There's a few that already have already lost all their leaves. Mind you, that's not saying much since my little part of the world doesn't have too many trees to begin with.

weathermen say it's going to hit about 85°(+)F today, tomorrow and Thurs.

Supposed to be in the mid 70's by the weekend...works for me. Have a feeling this may be our "Indian Summer" before the cold weather comes back. Hopefully it'll be a slow transition tho I don't think that'll happen BUT you never know.

It would be the most awesome-est thing if autumn temps (50's - 60's) lasted for at least three months after summer's high temps. It would be even better if we just skipped winter completely ... go from autumn to spring ... ahhh, what a dream!
